Form Check sessions are very specific and focus in on only one of the four core barbell exercises at a time: the squat; the press; the deadlift; or the bench press. Sessions run for approximately one hour and will cover the set up of the exercise; the mechanics of the movement; individual tweaks; and how to fit the exercise into your current programme (if one exists).
It doesn’t matter if you’re experienced or an absolute beginner, these sessions are perfect if you just want to drop in from time to time and have an experienced pair of eyes check your technique over. These are also great if you are interested in starting barbell training and want to get a taste of what it’s all about before committing to a full strength training programme.
