Welcome to ‘PB Strength & Fitness Mentoring’. I specialise in goal-orientated strength training for men and women of all ages and physical abilities. My mission is to help you build a stronger, more useful body through traditional barbell training.

I created ‘PB strength and Fitness Mentoring’ to do two things: teach you how to be the strongest version of yourself; and to create a community of like-minded individuals who are able to push and support one another through their strength and fitness journeys.
